Walmart Pharmacy

"horrible customer service. everyone there looks like they hate their job and put it all on their customers. i asked a question about a vaccine and the pharmacist there acted like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about when I literally just went to CVS and asked the pharmacist there and he gladly did the research for me and helped me out. definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this store for anything."

"I called at 3pm for my prescription and they said they would have it ready by 6pm. I went at 7pm for them to say it will be another hour. I picked it up at 8:30 only to open it when I got home and my amoxicillin was in powder form! It was not prepared at all! I will not be using them again."

"The pharmacy in this store is bad !! So are the pharmacy techs, they are rude and do not have any kind of people skills !! I’m done with Walmart, they couldn’t fill my prescription. But I was not notified till I called and requested the information. The tech was rude and obvious did not care if I needed my medicine two days ago . I’ve tried online and physically got off and got with a part time tech trying to look like she cared ! CVS pharmacy here I come ."

"This pharmacy is in serious need of more employees. Drive thru pick up or drop off is always about 45+mins of wait and in side is even worse. The most I've waited was over 1 hour. Then they act really rude as if it were our fault we need meds. Get more employees!"

"I always like to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt however my experience has never gotten better here. The saddest part is that you have elderly people who need some additional help most of the time and the only thing I hear is “sorry it’s not ready” or “we don’t have it” I hope that a manager can actually READ THIS and do something, not for my sake I can handle myself however for the rest of the people who need some additional assistance."
