"They are incompetent, they are slow cant give you a fact based answer about Covid-19 testing, why you have to wait an hour before you can get tested when there is not one single person in line at the drive thru or i.side the store. Typical El Paso laziness and im from here. Poor customer seris a direct reflection of poor management and their laziness to properly train their people. That's why i prefer Walgreens, only came here cause i got an earlier appointment. What a waste of time. Still waiting on email confirmation of appointment by the way."

"Pharmacy staff neglected to update the order status during the whole day. When I called the staff over the prescription status at night, I was told my whole order was ready. When I went to pick up the order, I was told that one of the prescriptions was on backorder and to come back Monday (it's Friday) or change the order location and try again tomorrow somewhere else. Redialed the pharmacy location the next morning to change the order location, and was told the order would be ready in an hour with them after I was told the medicine was on "backorder" the previous night. The level of miscommunication present is astounding, I'm just glad there wasn't an urgent need for the medicine."

"They pretend to be doing covid tests to not take any drive-thru customers. Been waiting in line for 30 min and no one has been helping. The line goes around the store and be car at the window hasn’t been helped. Yet when you call they say they are doing covid tests when I can see they aren’t. Complete waste of time!"

"I needed to get the flu vaccine and the pharmacist Gerry R was really friendly and the injection did not hurt at all. The quality of the pharmacist and staff here is way better than Walgreens !"
