"I went to my local Jiffy Lube for an oil change, filter and fluids check today. I am pleased with the greeting, the speed of services performed, and the communication of concerns by the service techs and cashier. It's my fault that I did not purchase a cabin air filter from a local auto parts store and install it myself because I was charged $39.99 + tax for their tech to install. I feel that was an expensive mistake, and the reason for the 4-star rating. Note these are new owners because there is no record of my previous visits to this shop. Overall, I feel positive and recommend Jiffy Lube in Zion."
