"My uncle purchased a vehicle from somebody and the transmission went out within 5000 miles of a one being installed purchased from this company I had found out that another transmission was purchased from this company prior to this one being installed and that transmission went out within 10 miles I called to find out more the current problem and I was informed it was 10 days out of warranty so that's two transmissions in 5,000 MI. They came up with reasons for them not being liable stating that the installation was done improperly and the owner originally had been misusing the vehicle. The original owner of the vehicle denies everything. The company informed me there is nothing they can do but they would give me a discounted price $300 off to not include the Professional installation and computer programming. This company is a complete disappointment and I would never purchase anything from them."
