"Getting married soon - my fiancé and I came for his tux fitting. We were greeted immediately and got us on our way! The staff here are just wonderful. The department manager was running around helping everyone in the store. We were in and out despite her being so busy. Happy holidays & thank you for making this process so easy!"
"For our wedding, we decided to order all the tux's through Mens Warehouse due to the convenience of our bridal party. When we walked in, we looked through their catalog and I explained the look I was going for. Your typical, classic "james bond tux". My husband and kids got measured and all of our groomsmen got measured throughout the next few weeks. When my husband was measured, I kept asking the manager, Marisol, if the pants will have the satin stripe and confirming the design of the vest. She kept assuring me that everything is correct, but she kept referring to the "Tux" as a "Suit". That left a knot in my stomach. I knew something was off.... She was very dismissive during the measuring processes and kept asking her associate to bring her a soda. Fanta to be exact. That is how well I remember this interaction... I BEGGED the store to get the "tux's" in earlier since our wedding was on thanksgiving weekend and due to the holiday we are losing a day for anything that could go wrong. The store told me there was nothing they can do, they "tux's" will most likely arrive on Monday week of the wedding. My brother in law surprisingly got his on Friday, the week before the wedding. Of course, the pants come with no satin stripe and the vest had some HIDIOUS pattern on it. The week of the wedding, almost EVERY SINGLE SUIT HAD AN ISSUE. My husbands jacket was too small, my brother in laws pants were too short, my nephew's pants were too long, my kids shirts were HUGE, my dads jacket was too small (then a smaller one was re-ordered) and my other brother in laws pants were too big. This all happened on Tuesday, the week of the wedding. Due to the holiday, they had to re-order everything and the guys were able to pick up on Friday but my dad's was ready on Saturday, as I mentioned earlier, an even smaller size than what came. My dad had to walk around my entire wedding with his suit jacket open. I called corporate and they basically told me there is nothing they can do due to holiday and just offered all my guys 20% off. This was THE WORST experience ever !!! If you are just looking for a nice suit, I would defiantly recommend Mens Warehouse. If you are looking for get rentals for your wedding... DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from Mens Warehouse. You will be screwed like I was with no remorse. The other manager, David, was very nice and apologetic. Something the other managers should learn instead of placing blame on other and waving the receipt in our bridal party's face."
"I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately helped. At first the speediness made me feel like they just wanted me out of there, but it was clear that this employee really knew their stuff and is just a fast worker. She knew their inventory well and was able to find the correct match for my unusual stature right away. She and another employee helped assess the appropriateness of the choices to the event's attire, and I left feeling confident. A larger selection would have been great, but considering I'm an odd size I'm glad they had something fitting in stock."
"This location is the worst. None of the original measurements fit, did not give my dad his bow tie or suspenders, sent away some of our groomsmen because they said I was at ‘Jos A Bank’. Incompetent and rude employees.. go to Schaumburg. They actually know what they’re doing."
"Got fitted here for a tuxedo for my wedding. Measuring went fine, and when choosing vests, I was told that a specific swatch that I was interested in (green paisley on one side and green stripes on the other) was reversible. I was specifically interested in the green paisley on the front, which they confirmed it would be. When it came in, the vest was not reversible, and the stripes were on the front. When I asked if there was *any* green paisley vests, even in a different shade, they said no and completely dismissed it. As well, the brown shoes I got were apparently brand new, which meant they were way too tight. They said they could order a different pair, but couldn't guarantee they would be broken in so they might also be too tight. So what's the point of getting measured? The whole time, the assistant manager helping me was very dismissive and clearly just trying to get me out of there. Ended up going to the Crystal Lake Men's Wearhouse, where an associate there pointed me to a perfect green paisley vest that got in the day of my wedding, as well as ordered another pair of shoes that were the correct size and actually fit perfectly. I'll never go back to the Arlington Heights location, but I'll happily go to the Crystal Lake one again. Worth the drive."
