"Fullers is our go to for oil changes and check ups. They are informative, kind, and who doesn’t like a free car wash. Recently they got us in for an inspection/update before a trip. They also recognize us when we come and don’t pressure us for additional services."

This place not only has you step out of your car but after I tried vacuuming my car they turned off the machines on me while I was vacuuming my car & then I talk to a manager & says to me that if I want to vacuum my car that I have to pay an extra $10 after the car wash itself was also $10 . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS & JUST WANT TO DRAIN & EMPTY YOUR POCKETS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS FULLERS CAR WASH IN SPECIFIC. I would not go back to this place never in a million years. If I could give this place a 0 Star , I DEFINITELY WOULD."

"I had started coming here cause the in laws seem to like/trust this place. But after the 2nd time I took my car, they changed pieces I had just replaced without asking me. And did “repairs” without consulting with me first. As far as I am aware they are not supposed to change any pieces without getting the approval from the costumer. Just feels like they shove as many things they could to charge that extra money. I am very sadden and disappointed by this, definitely never coming back here. If you go just make sure to keep an eye out for what is done to your car"

"I came to do oil change with my own own oil and filter. I did not see that the technician Victor has done it and asked a manager about it and he said it was done. Then I asked to show me the filter and it appeared they did not do it and hid my new filter. I have a feeling this is a normal practice at this location. Be aware of the scammers!"
