"I'm not sure what's going on with scheduling I had an appointment for 12/3 I show up and they tell me I'm not on the schedule I show them my confirmation email. They go to the back I assume to speak to a manager then come back and say sorry we can't see you today however I do see you on the schedule for 12/26 @ 6 am. I'm 100% sure I didn't agree to the appointment. She ask what time I can come in I say 11. Today is 12/26 I go on the website it says maintenance is closed today, I call and sure enough they are closed. The person on the phone says well I don't know what to tell you they open at 7 am tomorrow. I will not return I will find somewhere more reliable for my maintenance."
