"They are a compounding pharmacy and offer very reasonable prices for my medication needs. Front staff are mostly friendly and polite. One detail that most impressed me is their brand of 20 tablet DM for only $9. Wow! At other locations, the brand name DM, and even the off brand DM runs $20-22, which I believe is highway robbery. Prices today are bizarrely inflated and typically offer even less product choices in even smaller amounts. This hurts all of us and is a real travesty."

"To respond, we called regarding the medication after we ourselves found out. We we’re actually using it! That’s what makes us upset. We used medicine that wasn’t working. What a waste, not to mention the harm. We aren’t pharmacists or doctors. But you should have known that medicine such as ours can’t reach high temperatures, no one informed us that was a possibility. If we were told, we could have opted to pick it up or not hold you responsible. So yes, your responsible if you offer a delivery service where there are high temps such as in El Paso. But we won’t get our money back, you’ve made that clear. So I’ll make sure others know, maybe I can help someone else before it happens to them."
