"We had a terrible experience here. We are first-time customers, and the pharmacist refused us service. Reading his responses to these reviews makes it clear he takes no personal accountability and always holds the customer at fault. This is a practice that demonstrates a lack of empathy and compassion. It is unfortunate that he would be in this profession and not care for the people in the community."

"The pharmacist is very rude treat patients with no respect if he doesn’t like his job, he should find a new one.. I have never been disrespectful. Feel free to post all four times that I have walked in with a video.. and you will see that you are the only one that is disrespectful. You have locked me out.. and why did you follow me to the parking were you afraid to have it recorded? Pull up all four last transactions on video and you will see you are very disrespectful. I was in the pharmacy today and saw who I believe to be the pharmacist deny a grandmother with her grandbaby in arms, some medication? He was extremely rude, LOUD and bullied this flustered and now, of course upset lady out of the store. Aggressively and intimidatingly stomping after them right out the door. He denied her whatever medication she was filling. Didn't let her speak. Did I mention he was loud? I have never seen a more rude and obnoxious person act so shamelessly toward another person in my life. This man looked unstable. I was truly horrified and I hope the lady is ok. I will never, ever visit ANY Albrightons Pharmacy anywhere ever again."

"I love this pharmacy! I don’t mind the drive … Dr Alex is always nice and has my medication ready . Always felt welcomed by him and his staff. Thank you for providing me with my medication and making sure I always have enough . He even went out of his way to call another pharmacy so they could transfer my prescription that they had send by mistake to another pharmacy . Thank you!"
