"Corporate would rather not bother with real security measures (like detectors, guards, etc.) but instead lock items up so that you can't even look at a pair of socks without a huge hassle. No point in shopping here anymore. Even Walmart doesn't lock up the underwear."

"I love shopping at target and spend a lot of money there. Usually the workers are all right. Except for today, I went to go return a few things. When I first got there there was nobody at customer service. So I decided to shop around a little bit, once I was almost done I saw workers at customer service. I decided to go do my return. This lady asked me if I had my receipt I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t. she said that they could look it up with my card, I said “I don’t think I paid with my card. You can check, but I’m pretty positive I paid with cash.” I don’t use my card very much, and I didn’t happen to have it on me. She right away, told me that she wasn’t gonna be able to do my return because I didn’t pay with the credit card or didn’t have my receipt. I am bad at keeping track of my receipts. I usually just throw them away. She said she couldn’t do it. so I asked he if she could just give me a store credit, because I’ve done it before with my ID. So she scanned my items, she continue to look at my ID for a minute and I don’t even think she scanned it. She said she did, but she said that the computer wouldn’t let her return it, so I understood that and didn’t really have too much of a problem with her not being able to do it, but I would like to see their policy on returns which she said that she didn’t know what it was That the computer just is telling her she can’t do it. While I was speaking to her the phone ring, and she answered the phone right while I was in the middle of talking to her, asking her if I could get a print out of their return policy. It was very rude and disrespectful She could have waited until I was done speaking or had her co worker next to her answer the phone. I work in customer service and that is not good customer service. They should really teach their workers to finish with the customer before they answer the phone, not answer it in the middle of when a customer is talking to them, or return policy on the back of a receipt. Which I asked her if it was on the back of tge receipt and she proceeded to tell me that the computer knows the policy and it said that she Couldn’t return it."

"Always a safe bet for a great shopping experience. Target anywhere and everywhere! Santa Fe Target is super clean, has spacious isles, excellent selection of department store products as well as superb grocery items. Get the Red Card!"

"Be aware of your safety at this Target. Hourly theft, dangerous parking lot. Selection is average. They remodeled and it's got an ulta vibe by cosmetics. Menswear could use a remodel to say the least. They pretty much carry the same products all the time. Some sections look barren at times. They have a decent seltzer water area. Customer service is poor. Bathrooms are kept in decent condition. Staffing appears sparse. Decent homewares area if you need a throw pillow."

"I love target. I personally prefer it over walmart. The customer service is awesome. Unfortunately the shoplifting is out of hand and it's very frustrating. I feel bad for the employees because they can't chase down the shoplifters like they used to back in the day. Personally frustrating. However with that said the staff is absolutely amazing. I love this store I come constantly you can ask them they probably know me by name at this point. At least know my face. I think they have a little bit of everything and it's definitely worth paying a few pennies more compared to Walmart because the service is awesome and I can get in and out quickly. Sometimes I don't get out quickly and spend like an hour or more in there I may have a shopping problem at this point. LOL love love going to Target for my everyday necessities"
