As such, I have had excellent progress and finally understand what I really have going on. "Dr. Thein has been a huge help!! I've been to other psychiatrists before her and she is the best by far. When she first sees you she explains your diagnosis and how it effects your brain. She then explains what certain medications do and why it could or could not be beneficial. She listens and takes very good note of what you say. I have been very sensitive to all my medication in the past and Dr. Thein finally got me to a comfortable point. At first she can seem standoff ish but she just tries to be as professional as possible, so give her a chance to warm up a bit. Overall she's very good at her job!!"
