"Least professional office I’ve ever experienced. Staff rotated regularly and the newest PA had no compassion for customer desires but wanted to change everything that was working from her predecessors. Never once in five years saw a MD and getting prescriptions refilled was almost impossible despite multiple calls from the pharmacy or patient cherry on top - when I moved to a more professional office they suddenly found 750 dollars in charges from over a year ago “they forgot “ to bill me for. Sad excuse for a practice"

She couldn’t even verify my deductible on insurance. I had to tell her. Apparently new to handling people and asked to speak to NP and left a message. I still to this day never got my results. They never called me back. Only thing I can say about this place that the nurse is great! Very unprofessional."
