Sonic Drive-In

"The food was dry. I got an extra long chili cheese coney, tots and a drink...drinks from sonic, are always bussin'! My coney was just so dry, the bun tasted stale, as was the service. Like, I really, get annoyed when the person that takes your order, kept saying, anything else?- and what else? They hurry you, and they try to speed up your order, just to come across as RUDE. Its just so hard to choose, when you, have so much to offer from your menu! But, overall, love the drinks and the sonic food is an all time favorite!"

"Went to the Sonic on Midkiff, got their double cheeseburger and tots with cheese. Mine and my husband's burger was cold, cheese was old, limp not melted. It was so bad. We had ordered the same a week ago from the same Sonic, it was great then."

"We ordered 1 slush and 4 ice waters and sat out side for 25 minutes waiting on our order. We watched as ever one was served and not one person looked are way. We got out to check on the ordered and waited another 5 minutes for someone to come to the door to see what the problem was. Pulled up at 7:50 pulled out at 8:16."

"So some of the workers seem younger but are pretty rude. They mess up orders a lot. And apparently when you order a Large tater tot you’ll get a large container with half the tater tot’s."

"I love Sonic ice and have been buying it by the bag, (over $5 per bag) for the past few years. I went to Sonic a few days ago to get ice. I was told they no longer sold ice by the bag. I'm not a genius but a bag that was a VERY small bag to start with for over $5 a bag had to be a money maker for Sonic. I know several people who bought bagged ice several times a week just like I did so they had to be giving up a very profitable item for them. The profit margin on a small $5 bag of ice had to be ridiculously high. I will never understand why they would give up that easy money or why they would disappoint and anger so many loyal customers behind something so profitable....but they did and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I don't want to spend my money with an establishment that doesnt care about their customer's wants and it becomes something that's all about them and not their loyal customers."
