"1. Get the order right! The driver had to use my phone to call the store to let them kno that they forgot a pizza. 2. Use marinara/ pizza sauce! Both my pizzas were made terribly with next to NO sauce and each individual slice looked like it came from 8 different pizza pies and they just threw 8 slices in box to complete an order. My cheese sticks were made terribly and cut oddly (75%-25%) and the cut was not even long way. Weird because pizza hut doesn’t even cut the cheese bread, they had indents made long way. And the 2 Melts that I ordered were made terribly. Meat lovers Melts: no sauce, hardly any mozzarella and most of the meat was outside of the crust, if I knew I was gonna have to put it together I would have just attempted to make it here at home. And the garlic chicken barely had a sliced grilled chicken and cheese in it. I spent $45.97 on that order. My family and I were so disappointed and unsatisfied that we ordered carry out to check the food before paying for it from dominoes"

"I don't know how incompetent a group of pizza makers and delivery guys can be. This is 2024, you have 2 Comfort Inns in your city, and you still can't find the one that is on I-20. And then the dimwitted that took my order lies to me and says it's 10min away when in reality it still hasn't shown up 2 hrs after the order was placed. By a fricking GPS!!"

"Ordered a medium and a large. They're the same size pizza just in different boxes. Also, they never remember the dipping sauces so don't bother adding it on. Also, they use doordash a lot so it's usually 1.5 hours at a minimum (I order a lot of pizza)."

"The delivery driver dropped my food on the ground and just said he accidentally tore the bag. I open boxes and the pasta was all over inside the boxes. I didn't reorder food or confront the delivery driver because I figured he should have been honest to be but he wasn't. I reordered food from somewhere else."

"If I could give zero stars it would be just that. I ordered food on Sep 2, and my order was incorrect. I called the store to speak to manager and he was very unprofessional and rude. I explained how they sent me the wrong pizza and the baked pasta was hard and dried out and he told me to shut up and give him my number. I was appalled, but I gave him my number and asked him for a refund. He said no, he was sending pizza and hung up in my face. I then called right back, and a regular worker answered, I asked for the manager, and she said the manager was busy and hung up in my face. I tried reaching out to another Pizza Hut and spoke with the district manager at another Pizza Hut and they said that they were going to let Corporate know and someone will be calling me back and as of today no one has called me back. This service is unacceptable and I will never eat there again. To top it off 45 minutes later the delivery driver pulls up with pizza and he thinks that I’m gonna eat it no I sent it right back to the store just waiting on someone to get back with me on my complaint because I definitely do not deserve it."
