"I started going here because my back was hurting. They medical work was decent. However the reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of their lack of responsibility. I stopped going back after about a month. Reason behind it? They wanted me to pay my balance that I owed them. Now before you get all high and mighty about that last comment, I have no problem paying my balance off. The reason I stopped was because I specifically informed them that I did not want to do Auto pay with my FSA card but they still went ahead and did it. From that time my card has been on suspension. So I haven't been able to use it. In order to remove my account from suspension I am required to submit receipts with explanation of benefits. It is now May 2018 and I have been waiting for that since September of 2017. I have called the office, they don't answer, I have gone up to the location they are closed every time I try to go up there, I have called other facilities but they apparently can't help me because my documents are filed with Grapevine. However one lady from the McKinney location said she'd try to get a hold of them but I still haven't heard back from her or them. And this is all because they are either unorganized at this office or they don't care to help me anymore. If anyone sees this from that office feel free to contact me and tell me I'm wrong but seeing as I am having to go through loops on this issue is asinine."
