"I am trying to fight back tears as I write this. Dr. Kurian released me and just left me high and dry with absolutely no explanation. His staff just told me I would be getting a letter, but he would no longer take me on as a patient. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and I cannot believe this has happened. Didn't he take an oath to do no harm? I am at my wits end with my back pain.( I fell last year and broke my back in multiple places). I don't know what to do. I was so hoping he would help me."

"Wish I can give no stars. I was referred by my doctor's office and didn't get any call for 1 month after I called to set my appointment. Being paralyzed from the chest down dealing with other health issues. I had to cancel 2 of my appointments due to not having a ride for the first. Then my leg swollen not able to bend due to my blood clots I canceled my 2nd appointment. Then getting a call a day before my 3rd appointment from the doctor's office. Tell me I have to find another doctor cause I wasted his time. The lady I spoke with seemed nice and understanding. But I would never recommend Desai. I can't put doctor,MD or physicians in front or behind his name cause he is not living up to the oath him and every doctor/physician takes."

"Dr. Desai is wonderful. He listens and has a lot of patience! He is very compassionate. If you want to see an excellent, caring doctor, he is your guy. His office staff is always very helpful and pleasant. They are wonderful. When you are having a lot of pain and are miserable it is nice to see a doctor that does not minimize your feelings and wants to help."

"I called Monday to get a new patient appointment. I was told they would call me Tuesday. I just called back and its Thursday. The first lady I talked to was smacking her gum in my ear and treated me like I hadn't ever called before. The second lady I talked to asked for all my info again and said they would call me back. I hung up. They apparently don't want to do their work. Eff them."
