"I'd give them 0 stars if I could. As a military retiree, the only insurance I have is TRICARE. When the receptionist couldn't figure out how to input my TRICARE Benefits Number (that I've never had a problem with at any other provider) she hung up on me, Horrible service."

"I was initially impressed when I had my first visit for knee issue with Amber Marlett, PA in Feb. 2023. Wish I could say the same thing when I saw her again in Dec. 2023. I needed a follow up gel injection in my right knee. She told me that they should have it in about two weeks. When I did not hear back I called them just before Christmas and was told that now it might not be until the end of January, because they had other patients ahead of me. They knew well the pain I was experiencing. I had no choice but to find a different orthopedic doctor, who on my first visit after taking x-rays, confirmed that I needed the gel injection, and immediately provided it."

"I am highly imspressed with Amber! She is great at making you feel comfortable, she listens and explains everything! I have had 3 shots from her and never felt a thing---so she is great at that too! Very professional and very good bedside manner! I absolutely recommed her office for your orthopedic needs. They have helped me a great deal, since I have started seeing them!"

"Disappointed! Only had 3 visits. I’m fully engaged in understanding my body and medical diagnoses. Received a diagnosis that my ruptured Achilles was best healed without surgery. Makes sense based on explanations and research. Dr Alavekios was great in the beginning, but always had a speed in my office visit that didn’t seem he was really interested in ensuring I had understanding. It was more like: he wanted me to know he knows what’s wrong and often compared his own injury, but my injury takes up too much of his time to help me understand it. It seems he lacks patience for “simple” cases. The last visit was just completely unprofessional. I explained I had pain in my heel. His response: “you SHOULDN’T have pain there. You can get a donut (cushion)….or not.” He then proceeded to turn his back in cutting my appointment short of any further question and walked away. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day, if it was my specific case, or if it was me and my personality. In any case, I’m disappointed with his care. The rest of the staff has been EXCELLENT!"

"I have been seeing Dr Ward for several years starting with my first knee surgery back in 2007 then my shoulder repair a couple years later. He and his staff are so knowledgeable and professional in every way. Dr Ward takes the time to explain very clearly what the problems are, how to fix them and what to expect after treatment. It’s hard to find physicians that take this level of care any more. Making appointments are easy and they can usually see you within a day or two, not weeks. I am a lifelong patient!"
