"Had a very bad experience at Harlingen Eye Clinic. Dr. Rowe has an eye doctor working there at his office in Harlingen. Her name is Brook Omick OD, and she made a bad mistake on my eyeglasses on vertical prism. Brook reversed the existing vertical prism prescription from BD to BU and BU to BD. She has no knowledge, on vertical prism. I talked to other eye doctors in town, and they explained to me her mistake. I went back to Dr. Rowe office, and I talked to Fred. I demanded him to fix my vertical prism after 2 months. Fred understood the mistake and he fixed it. Fred is not a bad person; he has a hearing problem. He yells at you because he needs a hearing aid. On the other, Victoria a customer representative has no experience in glasses, and she doesn't, listen when you're explaining to her what you need. I will never go to Dr. Rowe's office ever again, this happen on 5-12-23."
"Big shout out to Dr. Rowe and his office staff for taking me in immediately after I got a severe allergic reaction to an eye antibiotic prescribed by an ophthalmologist for dry eyes. I have autoimmune disorder and have very sensitive skin and eyes that gets aggravated by many things. He quickly did his diagnosis and went out of his way to look for an appropriate non preservative eye drop option for dry eyes and came up with a plan to calm my allergic reaction. I’ll be coming here for my future eye exams for sure!"

"I had two excellent exams with Dr Rowe, then my exam this year was a cursory exam and now all I need are readers?!!? We’ll I went with it and spent 400+ out of pocket for the exam and my new “readers”. I’ve had them one day and I can barely see my phone to type this review. I wonder if he treats Medicare patients differently, because his care seemed to change after I was on Medicare. I guess I go to Eyelab now. And I’m going back to my old bifocals! Wow."
