"Did not notify me that they would not have my prescription ready before I traveled 15 miles to pick it up. When I got there, they offered no help to get my medicine on time. When called, they let it ring until the call dropped. GO TO CVS!!!!"

"Customer service is severely deficient. I tried to pick up Medicine, we were giving 2 reminders to pick up medicine. When I requested it Instead of helping , the clerk was short with me and trying to lecture me. I left the pharmacy without the prescription medicine due the rudeness of the clerk . 5 minutes after I left , Walmart pharmacy sent text to notify the prescription was ready . We changed pharmacy where the employees treat us with respect."

"I've been getting our meds here for a while now and yes there's like 2 employees that are rude but The pharmacy manager Is very nice and sweet ..some of these reviews on here are talking about the employees eating WOW when you work in the public there's times you can't even stop to eat but your body needs to eat ..and lots of the reviews on here are trying to shift blame on the pharmacy instead on the person itself. WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND that they just can give out meds without checking the dosage ,quality and the med its self.."

"The employees were rude to me. I had come in when there was a few minutes left to pick up my terminaly I'll fathers medicine. I tried to explain that to them my situation and they didn't care. My dad didn't get his meds."
