"I went to have my accord serviced here because the steering alignment was off, the LKAS wasn’t working, and the cruise control wasn’t working either. I told the person helping me that I only want to fix the LKAS first, and that I will have the wheel alignment and cruise control done at another time. The person helping me said that’s fine, but they have to look at my car first and diagnose problems before they make repairs which cost $160 or around that. I said no problem. I come back a week later, and they find $2000 worth of repairs they suggest I get. I told them no thanks, I just want the LKAS repaired first, can you please take care of that? Then the guy told no they can’t fix the LKAS. He said that I have to get a steering realignment first before they can fix the LKAS. If this is true, this should have been brought to my attention immediately after I told them that I knew I needed a steering realignment, but I wanted to fix the LKAS only at this time. Then I wouldn’t have wasted my time and over $160 getting the car diagnosed. I really feel like I had that money stolen from me. I made it clear from the start that I only wanted to fix the LKAS and nothing else so if something else had to be fixed first in order to repair the LKAS, I wasn’t going to have any repairs made at all. This was my first time here, and I won’t be coming back."
