"Shawn. MIKE and Nick helped me today. I'm sorry but this place is amazing. This place is always relatively busy. However, when I went today they were able to take me right away! They were so kind, took my tire pressure, asked about my tires in general, asked about my wipers, and gave me an oil change as well as an air filter. They don't try and sell you anything you do not need, and they physically show you things. Like they pulled my air filter out and compared it to a new one. If I didn't see the actual filter I would have declined purchasing a new one. I got a new one. They checked all of my fluids, my battery, and under my car for any leaks. My car is in much better condition then I thought. Knock on wood. I'm glad I found a place that is reliable and actually helps. As opposed to getting money off of you and scamming you. MAD RESPECT"

"Always slow and unorganized. Too much joking around between the employees and nobody is focused on what they are doing. Had several quarts of oil spilled on top of my engine which collected in a skid plate and is now dripping all over my garage. Not a single word was said to me about it. Everyone is very friendly and seems to be happy but more supervision is definitely required. Wait times are absurd. Way too much standing around doing nothing. Standard changes should be in and out in 10 minutes easily. The place is not what it used to be."

"After my last oil change my husband noticed huge puddle of oil in our garage. Took it in to a reputable place who told me the last people didn’t put my filter in correctly. It cost me a new filter in addition to the overly priced oil change they didn’t do correctly. And didn’t give me a sticker either. Ugh. Just a warning. This seems pretty consistent with things I have seen on Facebook! I wouldn’t take my car there again"
