"PS5’s disc drive was broken. When I brought it in, Hany gave a range estimate of costs from $95 to $185 depending on the specific nature of the problem. The drive itself needed to be replaced so it ended up at $185 which Hany updated me on. There is a 1 month warranty on the repair. The shop doesn’t take credit cards but they take credit cards or Zelle transfers."

"5/5!! I had my PS5 for officially a year now and never had any issues with it up until yesterday. Like many others in the comments my HDMI port went out unfortunately. After calling Sony I cringed at the process/timeframe of having to send in my PS5 in being that I’ve never been separated from my baby. I called UBreakIFix and they told me $300 plus having to take two weeks to repair it, I hung up instantly. After a little more research I came across G7 Electronics! I called and they quoted me a great/affordable price. I dropped my PS5 a little before closing but she ensured me that it’ll be ready for pickup the next day. They called me around 1pm to let me know repairs were complete and that it’s ready for pickup. I couldn’t be more happier with the quick affordable service G7 provided! My PS5 is as good as new!
