"went in for a pair of jeans bc i have almost no decent pairs of jeans that fit anymore & wasn’t sure what size to get or anything. Maddie was SO HELPFUL and friendly & helped me by finding me tons of jeans in styles i was looking for and helped me to find my size and length of jean i liked=) she made the whole experience so easy. i didn’t find EXACTLY what i was looking for today, but maybe i will next time or at least i know my sizes now so i can always order online. "I have a...rather high charge account with Buckle. I've been to buckles around the country....Florida, North Carolina, Mall of America.....ive never felt before like the personnel couldn't care less, than I did yesterday. Typically I would say they are just a tad bothersome. At least they try to make sales. This last visit however, I felt like I couldn't get the girl to sell me anything. When I asked if she had a certain style of product, she just said, "oh well.....yeah we don't have that". No...looking online...no ....well, if I order this or that I can ship it to your doot....NADA!I tried to get information regarding possible sales. I felt as though I was bothering her. Terrible experience . While my wife was shopping for clothing, I asked if we could leave as I wasn't giving this location my money."
