"Dropped off our donation today as we have done many times before. One of the ladles working was having a fit that we didn't park our vehicle in a "hatched out" area by the building which didn't make sense. Usually that means that vehicles should avoid the area! Bad signage also to direct traffic. Very rude! I think we'll being finding another place to donate!"

"I try to go there whenever I'm in Wimberley. I make quilts for kids in the foster care system in Central Texas and also for the babies in our local pregnancy center and I can almost always find sheets to use for the quilt backs at the Village Store at a reasonable price. Sometimes I even find sequins, ribbons, and other embellishments that I use to decorate Christmas stockings for Grandma's Stocking Guild which are also given to kids in the foster care system. Great "finds" at good prices and always helpful, friendly volunteers. I almost never leave without a book or two or three, also."

"Many treasures to be found here. It is wise to come often, as mist items go quickly. A good place to find sets of dishes and much more. There is an antiques segment. Volunteer staff are great! Be sure to bite the very limited hours the store is open, or you will miss out."

"This is by far the best thrift store in town! Best prices lower than local competition. New merchandise every visit and lots of variety. I decorated my whole apartment from only this shop. Carpets/Rug, Kitchenware, Paintings, Books, Clothes, Shoes, so much more!! College kid recommended 10/10"

"Very nice thrift store, items are very fairly priced. They have sales often to flush out old inventory to allow room for new incoming donations. They have a little of everything including outdoorsy stuff, house improvement items, lawn and garden, furniture big and small, old (but classy) and not so old. Clothes, shoes and toys. Staff are super sweet and helpful. I love their new location and the buildings are huge. Very clean. I go all the time. Sure beats the other thrift store in town on the hill where they are OVERPRICED."
