"I always want to support a black owned /ran business, but this location always takes too long to serve you. This time I ordered 4 buffalo tenders and I received regular. I hate the regular tenders. I live 30 minutes away. I didn’t check my bag while I was there. Didn’t realize I got the wrong food. This isn’t the first time an item has been wrong or missing. Very upset, it’s too late at night to drive all the way back"

"First time going to a Culver's and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. I believe I got the bacon deluxe with fries. I also got a chocolate milkshake. All three items were very good and I will definitely try to locate Culver's in Northeast Ohio. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and everyone who was working seemed to stay busy. I saw many signs for Culver's and I am glad I checked them out on this vacation. I also didn't realize it was a fast food style setting."

"My favorite burger chain by far. Freshness is key in their food and it shows. Customer service always on point and food is always good. Better than five guys in my humble opinion. And try the spicy chicken sandwich, just add cheese and mayo. It is honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches out there."
