Taco Bell

"Ordered online but there was something wrong with their ordering system. Got a call from a driver informing me that the order didn't go through, even though she had the order information. They refused to give her the food. Tried calling several times but no one picks up the phone (they must get a lot of complaints over the phone), so Idecided to drive over to find out what happened. While I was waiting to speak to someone, I heard my name as one of the employees gave my order to a different driver. I convinced the driver it was my food when someone asked " what's the problem?" When I explained the situation and how I was upset for having to pay for delivery when I drive into the store, this person said "I don't see the problem.... you got your food didn't you?""

"Manager didn't bother to analyze the problem or take initiative fix it. My order was missing items, the items had toppings I clearly didn't want on them, or give us any type of hot sauce. No fries or cheese cup..etc."

"Got my order wrong through the drive-thru. They are missing items. Basically stealing money. States I have to go back to the store to correct the problem that they caused. They need to pay more attention versus chit chatting through the character"

"By far the worst Taco Bell there is. Not a single time I have placed an order through the app or drive thru can they ever seem to get it right. Check your food before leaving trust me. It’s aggravating ordering 2 meals and getting only 2 burritos. They need to get better management and get a staff that can follow simple directions"

"It's a new place still smells like a new store. Ther a 3 ways in 2 on Cicero and 1 by the currency exchange. Oak lawn people can't come through the back still. ☹ have to go to Cicero. I got the stake plate I wish I knew the name. It has everything in it its great. It was the old title lone place"
