"Ruans is carry out or delivery only. There is a small table and they sell soda if you wanted to eat there, but it's not really a restaurant. I've been going there for over 20 years. Same owners except now their little girl is all grown up and working there too. Very clean. We have always have had very good food. We like the Chef's Special Egg Foo Young, egg rolls, beef with peapod, shrimp with lobster sauce, kung pao chicken (spicy) and moo shoo pork. The lemon chicken is also good and you get a lot of fresh broccoli. Sauce is on the side so this is good for kids because it's breaded chicken. The lunch or dinner specials are a very generous portion with shrimp fried rice and an egg roll. Or they have small or large sizes with white rice. We usually get a few of both and have plenty for two meals. Super fast delivery through them rather than outside delivery services. A favorite!"
"I hate leaving bad reviews, especially since this place used to be good. We ordered the special Sesame Chicken. Broccoli was limp and tasteless. All the chicken was so awful; very, very fatty and gristly, like they used the chicken scraps. And I mean ALL the chicken, even my friend was commenting on it. Deep frying does not get rid of fat and gristle. Egg rolls were blah. I also cannot eat shrimp and all the specials come with shrimp fried rice. It does NOT state that online. The paper menu (which I did not have) does state shrimp fried rice. Had to pick it all out. I was so disappointed because I used to go here years ago and boasted to my friend about how good they were. Won't be going back and I threw out the menu I picked up from there."
