"My first time dining here with my children will certainly be my last. My 8-year-old rated the service a 5/10, and she was being nice. The first time our breakfast came to us, two of our orders were wrong. After the waitress attempted to fix the order, they came out wrong again. One of the orders was my cheese omelette and added veggies. No cheese. The waitress asked me if I wanted the kitchen staff to melt the cheese on top?!?! What?!? My babies and I were sitting at a table where I could see the wait staff pick up orders. I literally watched the waitress pick my wheat toast up with her bare hands. This woman had been taking orders, picking up orders, bringing out beverages, and picked my food up with HER HANDS! I absolutely did not like our dining experience. It was horrible."

"I've tried giving a local spot chance after chance but I'm now tired of paying for food that is constantly messed up and incorrect. I've tried messaging management numerous times and never receive a response. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE OVER MEDIUM EGGS THEN STOP SERVING BREAKFAST!"

"The staff greeted my group with a smile. Efficient service. Nice food portions. The food is reasonably priced. My only disappointment was the coffee. I wanted a nice cup of hot, mild roasted coffee. Since the restaurant serves breakfast & lunch, I hoped the coffee would be great. I like black, hot, mild roasted coffee. I was disappointed with my coffee. It was served hot but it was weak(my only disappointment)."

"(problem, added tip) my family and i have been coming to diamond for years and had always had wonderful service and it has always been my favorite place to go when i come visit and before i moved. the problem is i always tip based on service and today my service wasn’t all that great. our server wouldn’t come to the table often and would let our coffee run empty before refilling which is a first for me. when we got our check, the bill was very high and me and my family were confused since we’ve been coming here for a long time and that’s the highest it’s ever been. turn out they add they’re own tip which is a minimum of 20% after a certain amount which is new and i understand but i asked even if we didn’t like the service do we still have to tip 20% and was told yes by the young lady in the front. i find it really sad to say since this is my favorite place but me and my family will not be returning back. i always tip good, sometimes over 20% but this is the limit for me."

"Been here several times now and overall have loved the consistency of the service and food. The time between sitting, taking your order, and being served is so quick. Restaurant is a little outdated as far as appearance, but they are on top of things here and it's clean. I have never had to ask for something twice. Love the breakfast here!"
