The Dog Stop

"I'll make this quick: food was mediocre, even though I was starving. Typically, when I'm really hungry the food is more satisfying, but it was just ok: middle of the road. What it WAS though, was EXPENSIVE. Me and my wife were hungry, late, one night. Went through the drive thru, ordered, paid at the window, and waited for the food. When it was time for the food, I was handed a bad and 1 drink. I asked about the other drink and that's when they realize they gave me the incorrect order. That was no problem, mistakes happen. The problem was the extra time i had to wait and the adjustment in price. A mistake is a mistake but there are ways to make it right. We waited twice as long to get our food and then when it came they opened the window and told me there was an adjusted price (more than what I paid originally.) Overall, this place just wasn't worth the hassle. I'd skip it."

"Workers were really nice and helpful. Obviously some days it’s just stressful cause they might’ve had a bunch of customers prior to you coming in. (They do get rushes out of nowhere.) one of the workers drew on our bags and it was super cute. Also we decided to sit outside and one of the workers put up the umbrella for us. Don’t know their name but they had pink hair and were really nice the whole time. I come to this location multiple times and this was one of the best services I got but everytime is pretty good (:"

"Overall a great experience. One of the best spots in Chicago for a great burger. After a long day at the 2024 Chicago Auto Show, me and a friend came down here to eat and were blown away by the food. The cheeseburgers and hot dogs were amazing. Would definitely come here again next time I’m in the city."
