"I was on there on yesterday and I got poor service the old lady at register 3 she scan my stuff I got a jacket for my son it had marks on it so I ask them to take the price down but they said they couldn’t do it so I told the old lady that I was still getting it so when I recheck my bag I saw she didn’t put the jacket in my bag so I went back up to the store in ask her where is the jacket at she lied to me and said they put it back so I went to look as it wasn’t there she had it hiding behind the cashier under other clothes so I couldn’t get it other employees was asking her were the jacket was in she lied to them also saying it wasn’t at the front so she was giving me a hard time trying to get it so I wouldn’t recommend nobody shopping here and I will not be spending more of my money here “ Be Careful People “ ."
"I paid $43 for 5 items. One item was $15 on its own. That is NOT thrift store prices lol.. Good selection, just terrible pricing. And long lines."
"I went in here twice with loyalty member and was denied 50% discount on Sunday. Sign says every loyalty member says save 55% on Sundays on windows and door. They were so desperate to deny me. They refused to scan the reciept and were so rude and mean. I shopped here all the time and was so upset. I will never go back! It was humiliating and while reading of the reciept they just shook their head and stared off in the distance ignoring me until I left. Terrible experience. I love their other location. The other location on wayside was my first time walking into to family thrift and they were so eager to get me signed up for rewards and get me back in the door, and I was eager to come back. That's what the rewards are for right? To bring customers back in. But the way I was treated here is like they don't want to give people rewards and they don't want us back in the door.... so we will never!"
"What a great place to shop! Way more selection than Goodwill and unbelievable prices. I got a shirt for 33 cents! The place was huge and has your General thrift store feel, but seemed to be a step above with organization, pricing, and selection. If you’re looking for something inexpensive - this is the place to come!"
