"So this is the worst Chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from and quite possibly one of the worst establishments I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I like Chipotle. I may even love Chipotle. And because of this, I have been willing to deal with this Chipotle's dirtiness (always stuff on the floor, drink area sticky and wet, etc.), the employees' bad attitudes, and the general dysfunction of the place since it is one of the only fast food places within walking distance of my job. Today, I went to order and got the kids cheese quesadilla meal (less expensive and smaller portions). Now, I have gotten the cheese quesadilla meal at Chipotle many, many times. It comes with a small cheese quesadilla, two sides (rice & beans), and either a meat or guacamole, along with a kids drink and chips or fruit. I had an issue before where the workers had literally no idea that the kids meal came with a drink and fruit or chips which is fine, not great but fine. I asked the person at the register about both items and they provided me with chips and a drink no problem. Today, I ran into a similar issue, but was unfortunately left very disappointed. The lady working put my quesadilla in the container and asked me which types of rice and beans I wanted. She then slid the container down the way without asking me which meat I wanted. This led me to asking her if I can have one of the meats added to the final empty slot in the container. She refused. When I pressed her and said that I've always had meat with this meal, she again refused, saying that meat only came on the side with the kids taco meal. Not wanting to make a scene, I left the issue, paid, and left. I then checked the Chipotle menu online and sure enough, meat comes with the kids meal. Surprise surprise. And, to top it all off, the cheese in the quesadilla wasn't melted, so it was literally just some smashed together cheese in a tortilla. Great. So. To this Chipotle I say that if you are going to have a dirty store and bad customer service, at the very least you can make sure your employees know how to make the items and meals advertised. Good luck with that customer retention; you need it."
"I entered the restaurant and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I walked up and the staff was busy laughing and chatting with each other. I still didn’t receive a greeting the staff just said what are you having. There were items that were 86d that wasn’t told to me until after I already started building my bowl. I didn’t want to waste food so I continued with my order but it would have been nice to be notified prior to ordering. When leaving I went to grab cutlery and the station was in disarray. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location."
"Disappointed...I came to this location on November 9th wanting to order good food with good service. however, I was disappointed with both ... Within the last 3 months, I have been to this location. One time in September, once in October, and now in November. The visit in September was decent food-wise, and the service was ok but the atmosphere was not, thought maybe it was close to closing time that why it was looking like that. Well, this last visit let me know this is the culture of this location. Of poor service, not so clean environment, and a lackadaisical attitude. I quickly regretted my decision to come to this location immediately after ordering my meal. Other customers were waiting in line before me, Who had missing items in their bags or they ran out of food items which initially they were not replacing just saying you can get a refund through the app or Sorry we ran out of said product. This team was not cohesive and did not take pride in the food or service and it showed. As high as food is and even higher in the restaurant the sacrifice it is to spend money on food because of the convenience, time, and maybe you wanted to treat yourself. To have a total disregard for the quality of food, service, and astrosphere was a blatant disregard of me as a customer. This is what I ordered chicken taco which were missing chips guacamole... Will not come to this location again maybe if there is improvement ."
"So we stopped here after a nice day to grab a bite to eat. The first employee I met was somewhat obnoxious and definitely rude (I'll just call him "K" for now). "K" continued to be rude to me to the point I began to ask him for his name. He arrogantly replied "Why?" But I heard "Juan" and thought he was giving me his name. So I said "Juan?" to see if I had heard him correctly. Another employee began to cover for him and immediately answered me with a "Yes." I'm not going to give the name of the employee who began to cover for "K's" rudeness because he somewhat made up for it. I told him I was asking for his name because I write reviews. But because "K" was rude I'm going to admit that the white rice was extremely overcooked, mushy, and had a seriously burnt flavor to it. It was also only 8:30 p.m. and they weren't scheduled to close until 10:00 p.m. But there was already basically little to no food left to where they had to scrape the containers out. There was also no utensils already set out, so they had to grab some for us. It was by another employee who I saw seemingly having a hard time as the garbage was over flowing. I felt for that employee as it seems like they had much to do. It was thanks to this employee I finally learned the name of the man who was being rude to me. His name isn't "Juan.""
"This is BY FAR the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. No matter what, they manage to mess up my order every time. Order online, they will give you the wrong item. Tried to give it another chance today after a while of not going and the worker put literally the most sour cream I have ever seen onto my burrito. He had to change gloves. I was paying so wasn't able to see what was happening/stop him. I got home and my burrito was literally covered in sour cream. Had to eat it with a fork. Terrible. I will not be coming back to this location, I have given them too many chances."
