"Flavorful food, fantastic service. All dishes came out fresh and tasty and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. Our server Sherry was uber kind, and the owner Jamie was very down to earth and clearly passionate about her new restaurant. This is the kind of place you want to do well and become a mainstay of Glenview’s dining scene. Only knock would be how loud the dining room is, which the staff acknowledged and are working to resolve. Other than that, an all around 5/5 experience. We will be back."

"Went to the new Fire Thyme last night, it was A-Mazing! The restaurant is beautiful, well laid out, clean and welcoming. The staff was super nice, our waitress was attentive and helpful, the bussers were speedy and pleasant. Jaime, the owner, walks around and talks to guests at the tables, she is so fun and funny! I dont drink, so I LOVE the mocktail list! Mai Tai was my favorite. The food is to die for! Every appetizer, dinner and dessert that we ordered was phenomenal. We'll done Jaime! Your restaurant is EXACTLY what Glenview needed! Thank you!"

"The best addition to Glenview is Fire Thyme! The food is incredible, the drinks are delicious and the service is delightful! Who said you can’t have an incredible restaurant in the suburbs?! We went in on a Sunday night for dinner and drinks. We skipped the appetizer and went straight for the entrees, lamb with brown butter potatoes and brussel sprouts and steak with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Everything was so tasty, we were sad when the meal was over. I cannot wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!"
