"Ordered 2 pizzas and both were so overcooked you couldn’t bite through the crust. Tossed both in the garbage and called to make them aware and the manager wanted me to get it out of the garbage and drive 15 mins back to show him and then he would make me a new pizza! Seriously??? Maybe you shouldn’t pass off burnt pizzas…..lost a good customer!"
"I used to love Rosatis... until they have some girl answer the phone recently... she leaves you on hold for an hour comes back on the line and just says "Rosatis Please Hold"... doesn't let you even speak before your on hold again... this has happened 3xs already. ive never had a problem with this location or Rosatis! This is horrible customer service. The Spanish guy who usually takes my order is always on point even when he puts me on hold for a few minutes. He knows his regular customers and everything. Please let him take orders again. He also cooks the pizza. Even on busy days he'll let me know the delivery will be 2hrs.... and I've waited those hrs because he's just that good!"
