Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews 2516 South Harlem Avenue, North Riverside, IL 60546

"Went here last night with my kids and husband, the food was great place was clean but service could’ve been better. When we arrived we were told wait was 20 mins and we waited atleast 35 mins, even though we saw plenty of open tables. When I received the text message that my table was ready, the host seemed to be confused. I also over heard the host telling the other host that seating was up to management and she had no idea why she had to wait to seat people. When I got seated and ordered my food it came out pretty quick but my waiter forgot my drink. After he forgot my drink that was the last time I saw him until I asked for to go boxes. The only reason I got the to go boxes was because I asked the host to locate my waiter bc even though he walked past us atleast 20 times he was ignoring us. He was so concerned serving a table he had with 4 business men. When we finally got him all he said was “is everything ok here?”. No apology or anything. Again, food was great, restaurant was clean and atmosphere was great but service definitely could’ve been better."

"We were greeted and sat down as normal. Took 15 minutes for a staff member greet our table. I also went to the host while waiting and still waited. Simple menu and the order came out wrong. Nothing elaborate was requested. Burgers, fries, onion ring tower and drinks. No need to go to details. Red Robin probably doesn’t care. I’m sharing for my neighbors and friends. As we left probably counted 5 dirty tables, no exaggeration. I can only imagine what the conditions of the kitchen are if that’s a standard for front of house. Restaurant wasn’t busy and I saw plenty of team members."

"The food here is excellent, the beverages (non-alcoholic that is) are awesome and the service is much the same! Friendly employees! I'm looking forward to my next visit to this Red Robin location."
