"I went to the one on Harlem and Cermak. Customer service was excellent. The establishment was clean and my order was done on time. I would definitely come back."

"I ordered online for carry out. The app clearly stated to park in the pick up spot and someone will bring out the order. Seeing how far the spots were from the restaurant, I went to the drive through to make it easier on the staff. The girl taking care of the drive through decided argue with me on how the carry out process works. Stating it required for me to go inside the restaurant to get my order. She stated. "Next time don't come through the drive through, you have to park and come inside." I specifically told her the app literally says "SOMEONE WILL COME OUT WITH YOUR ORDER." Which she proceeded to tell me wrong and lectured me on what to do next time. The restaurant was empty, no one was in line in the drive through. I was the only customer in the drive through to be taken care of, yet she wanted to argue about how I need to get out of my car for pick up."

"I ordered the spicy southwest salad. Upon receiving the order, I double-checked it to make sure that it was correct, and when I flipped it over I noticed that it was half of an insect embedded into my lettuce. I told the workers and they started the return process. When I inquired about additional compensation since I frequent that location frequently & I was disappointed since I count on quality and freshness from Chick-fil-A, and that is where pushback occurred. The manager, Roberto Ariza, offered a $25 gift card and I felt that was not enough(I would have been satisfied with $50). He tried to get his director, Alex Botero, on the phone multiple times (allegedly) with no result to approve the $50. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot because I was told that she would be calling me back personally. Once the 15 minutes elapsed I went into the facility, spoke to Roberto once more and he directed me to Alejandra who I am guessing is the kitchen director/manager. Although apologetic she placed the blame on the lettuce distributor and offered a $25 gift card and DOS. I opted out of this option to which she said I can contact corporate. I have been contacting Chick-Fil-A cares once a week since the incident with no resolve."

"I used to love coming here since it was so close to my house but the last couple of times it been awful… they had missed items served times and this time was the last straw.. my boyfriend and me love Chick-fil-A but not coming to this one again.. this was my order November 27th 2023 at 5:30pm. I would understand if this was Macdonald’s but damn.."

"Amazing service, delicious burgers, addictive fries. What's not to love? Quick visit on a Monday afternoon and service was quick and courteous. Devoured the burger and fries because they were just too good - quality expected from Chick-fil-A. Especially loved the Chick-fil-A sauce and the Sriracha sauces."
