"This place has very rude employees, they never have any newer items everything is the same week to week, prices are high and I do NOT appreciate some as$hole telling me they have to hold a bra while I'm standing in line to pay like I'm really going to steal. There's to many other thrift stores to worry about this over priced junk sale store. So today is 2/5/2024 & I'm here to say that the email address that they reply with is fake. I didn't know they has commented asking what happened but noticed it was "blocked" meaning fake email address. Prime thrift doesn't care about customers and make me never want to shop there ever again."
"Very disappointed. Got a text about a 4 Color / 50% Off Sale. Drove all the way across town just to find that the prices of their boots & shoes were marked up to almost full retail of these items new & were not on sale. Seems like all the "thrift" stores got their merchandise free or by the pallet from other donations centers. If they over price, then customers simply won't come back. The building was absolutely full of stuff & this is why. Sitting on used junk will just put you out of business or you'll be kicking the can down the road & having to sell your stuff by the pallet after your regular customers stop coming. Turning OFF the text alerts now!"
"I liked this place. It has affordable clothing, unlike Goodwill these days. It's massive and organized for the most part, lots of appliances and furniture. There are two things I did not like, however, the prices on the toys and traffic. I don't understand why thrift stores spike up the prices on useless toys, and as for the traffic, it really isn't their fault. It's a heads up for you."
