"We went there for dinner on Monday night. The place was half full and a lot of orders were placed for pick up. The food was great, prices are low and service fast and friendly. The main entries were of moderate size, so plan to have appetizer as well. The spicy dish (Seafood Curry) was rather mild, you may want to ask a hot sauce on a side. We were looking for nice Thai place and eventually we found that one. Definitely will come again."

"Just happened to spot this gem while heading to a completely different restaurant that happened to be closed, and thank God it was! The ambiance was upscale, yet everything was the perfect price! Staff were all friendly and attentive. Many healthy options, yet taste was not sacrificed. The cucumber salad was so flavorful, and the golden bags or crispy wonton was one of the best I've ever had. My chicken and vegetable entre was the perfect portion. My husband loved the spicy pad kimao and the mango Panna cotta was a delicious light dessert. Will definitely be coming here often!"

"Lai Thai Restaurant is a lunch spot that should never be missed. So, calling all people who love Thai food visit! Ha, let me get into it! The food and LTR is in my top 5 Thai restaurants in Illinois! The food quality is amazing and the flavor is the closest to Thai food that I have had. Or at least there is what I think. Can’t go wrong with the pad Thai! The service is great, waitresses check in often and are able to give recommendations. The atmosphere or ambiance like I call it, really is laid back back anyone can feel comfortable ordering food. The color scheme of the restaurant is vibrant really and I personally like it. Overall, one of the best Thai spots that is small business owned where the food has a personality of its own! You can’t go wrong giving LTR a try!"

"Excellent Thai food! We found it very easy to park.and get in and out of the shopping mall and enjoy this wonderful small Thai restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We had their fresh spring rolls with plum sauce, cucumber salad, ginger chicken and cashew chicken meals. Our food was served very hot and fresh! I highly recommend this Thai food restaurant! The atmosphere was very enjoyable, as they were playing some wonderful music sung by Thai musicians."
