"I have spent, and without exaggeration, THOUSANDS of dollars here. For many years, I have been getting the Garlic Soy Gizzards. The orders used to filled the box to the brim, and because of my loyalty here, once they heard my voice over the phone, I used to have INEVITABLY large orders. Now, not only are the prices twice what they used to be, but the orders are literally tiny. I used to eat more when I was a toddler. I gave this place close to 30 chances to redeem themselves amidst the issue, it just kept progressively getting smaller and smaller. I SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX THROUGH MY ORDER!!!! The service here used to be so great, that I had an order of gizzards EVERY DAY for about 6 months. I have to be one of the most original customers here. I place my order over the phone, and no matter WHO picks up when I call, they always know the order. I’m very sad about how things changed. I don’t deserve to get treated like this as a regular customer. The only thing preventing me from leaving one star is the fact that I like your workers. Otherwise I would leave 0 if only I could. This picture with the mediocre amount of gizzards was taken TODAY before I even took a bite. Please fix this and I will happily continue spending my money here. But as of today, this was probably officially my last order here ever. Literally disheartening."

"I had a great time at this CM Chicken location. The service was excellent and the food was really good. The fries were nice and crispy with a good amount of salt. The fried chicken was really good 10/10. The playlist in the background was really good too. It really brought me back to the mid 2000s. Above all I was very satisfied with the customer service. Very kind staff and accommodating."

"I had a hankering for good fried chicken and CM offers many flavors and varieties. I went with the Original Wings and wasn't disappointed. They have a nicely seasoned batter with just a little bit of a kick and then perfectly cooked without being dried out. Folks were friendly, the place was clean, and prices are average. I'll definitely be back. Not just to try more of their chicken but their fried rice too. Especially the kimchi and bulgogi). Four and a half stars, rounded up to five because I haven't been able to find any better chicken in the area."

"I ordered for take out, 27 piece family pack. The chicken was really good, not dry at all. From these three flavors the best one was garlic spices then Red hot pepper and finally the Garlic Soy tikkudak. The garlic soy flavor comes with real garlic that is minced, so if you dont like garlic that much do not order this one. They also come with vinegar marinated radish in cubes that really helped me when tasting each different flavor. For side I chose the curly fries that did not disappoint. The food was ready just like they said and the food looked and tasted fresh. I will definitely be back to try more style and flavors they have to offer."
