"Called to place a pickup order for their $1 pastor taco Tuesday special. The person on the phone asked if I wanted “normal” tortillas to which I said yes thinking he was asking about flour vs corn tortillas. However, when I sent my fiancé to pick them up the employee stated it was around $28 dollars for 9 tacos when it should’ve been $9 plus taxes. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and offering to replace them for the promotion tacos the man got upset and shut the window on my fiancé. We were looking forward to trying them out for the past two months but will probably not return as this experience was awful. While on the phone with the food truck I felt very rushed and could hear him speaking with someone who was there in person. Ending the calls with a order total would help avoid this in the future maybe you should consider doing this instead of blaming the customers!"
