"No salt on the fries. I pulled to the drive way again and I explained my issue she took my fries replaced to almost the same taste without change! The ladies their need extra training!"
"Placed an order online, was told I was at the incorrect location, which I wasn’t. Minutes later order was marked as delivered when I never received my order. Went inside and shift manager laughed and said she couldn’t do anything about it and said maybe the order wasn’t processed when in my bank account you can see the transaction."
"Last time I ordered 2 egg sausage biscuits I got 2 Mc Muffins. So today I repeated my order and explained to the drive up what had happened last time.Then I received the order I checked and it had cheese on it. So I told the window operator no cheese. So she took them back and said she corrected it. So I drove away. When I opened up my order I had a biscuit and egg NO SAUSAGE. I understand mistakes but when it’s sent back you would think you’d take a little care to get it right."
