Holly was friendly, patient and always there to answer a question - yet never in the way or pushing me towards a purchase. There was no pressure and I was given time and space to shop at my own pace. I finally made a purchase about a month after first stopping in, and Holly was as friendly, patient and welcoming as she was the first several times I stopped in the store. Clothing must be returned within 14 days, no grace period around the holidays. I did receive store credit, and the policy is written on the receipt. But this is a bit unclassy for a classy store."
