"1st time trying this place and I was so disappointed!! Chicken was inedible. Dry inside and all I could taste on the outside was salt. Gizzard looked like they had been sitting on a warmer all day. Overcooked,dry awful. Coleslaw was OK. Flavor was good. Biggest bummer was they forgot my desserts. Everybody has a bad day now and again but this food should never have gone out. I live in Smithville so did not want to drive all the way back since I called when I got home and they were closed. That was an expensive trip to end up in the trash."
"Fried chicken was fantastic. Also enjoyed the green beans and potatoes. Several options for dessert. We got the peach cobbler and banana pudding. Both were good. Can't wait to go back again and try some of the other desserts."
