"My doctor sent over a prescription and I didn’t hear anything so I called. They hadn’t done anything with it yet. They didn’t have it in stock, oh do you want us to order it? Yes!! I’m sick and my doctor called it in, why wouldn’t I need it? Called and the autobot tells me when it’s going to be in. Call just to verify and no. They called my doctor, which changed to faxed later in the conversation. Why didn’t you call me since now the doctor is closed?? We’re too busy. Have you been to a CVS, they aren’t busy. Now I have to wait another night and not get a good nights sleep."

"The pharmacy staff need to be more focused on in-store customers at counter. They've moved really slow every time I have come in. To much talking to each other and not enough of taking care of my order."

"Went in to pick up my scripts yesterday and Elizabeth took time to see if there were any coupons I did not know about to help since we recently lost our insurance. That to me is what great service is about. Not all people will take that extra time. Thank you Elizabeth!!!!"

"This CVS Pharmacy has the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a pharmacy. The service is great, and I feel like the employees genuinely care that I understand my prescriptions. They are knowledgeable and quick, and I really appreciate all the workers at this location."
