(I’m sorry I didn’t catch there name but the quality of customer service was outstanding) Their service rendered was amazing thank you Danny and the crew you helped me."

"They have bad management. Rude girl with pink or purple hair. Everytime I order #12 they never put enough avocado which I'm paying for. You can keep scrapping that container all you want, but you won't get enough to complete that sandwich. The container was empty but he's still scraping it. That's tight, I'm watching how they make my sandwich. When you bring it to their attention, the response from purple hair chick. "We are getting more" with attitude. You can wait for your sandwich over there." "The manager says "we can charge you for extra." Listen, I've already paid $25, for that sandwich, it better have more avocado!! You know what, keep your stinking sandwich. Give me my money back!! I'm done spending my money at this place. I'll reach out to Eric whose the morning manager. I hope you find better help. I'm better off getting tacos!!"

"Used to be great, quick delivery to my location a few minutes away. Today’s online order took over an hour for two sandwiches. Online order tracker has disappeared, too. Won’t be ordering from here again."

"By far the most friendly Jimmy John's I've ever been too. Walking in a employee was outside held the door same guy took my order was extremely nice. Told me the wrap I was thinking about getting is going away soon and should definitely try. It was great . Then filling up my cups a young man taking break asked if I needed a cup holder which I was grateful for. Overall nicest employees all around. Great job."

"Ordered a slim 4 with cheese, it took them 10 min to make this (the store wasn’t busy and there were several people working). Besides it being wrong, there’s not even a full slice of turkey on it. The one other person in the store also received the wrong order (which they were in the middle of remaking). Unfortunately I didn’t notice mine was wrong until I got home. Will not be going to this location again. Seems like their service has drastically declined."
