"This location is significantly better than the Northbrook location. I went on a Friday night and they were fully stocked with all ingredients (except avocados). The employees were friendly and accommodating, facility was clean and organized, and my meal was delicious. Great experience!"

"I'm really disappointed to write this review because I love their food, but the Deerfield location is terrible. I train at a nearby martial arts gym with a group of my friends, who for the past ~2 months have made it part of our routine to come here for dinner after class. Class gets out at 8 and we're usually placing our orders here around 8:10 or 8:15, which leaves us ~45 minutes to finish our food before they close at 9, which is plenty of time. Tonight when we arrived, we started to place our orders when a man who seemed to be a shift lead informed us that they were closing in "like 15 minutes" and therefore the dining area is closed. I took out my phone, and confirmed it was 8:15. I pointed to my phone and asked, "It's 8:15... Don't you close at 9?" He just doubled down and repeated himself, "We close in like 15 minutes." So I looked at the group I was with, looked back at the guy behind the counter and reluctantly said, "I guess we'll have to take our business elsewhere then." We had made it part of our routine for 4-5 of us to eat here 2-3 times a week at ~$20 per person (You do the math on that). And now we're being told that 8:15 is too close to closing time (9:00) for us to eat here? Don't worry, we won't be coming back to inconvenience you with our business."

"I have visited many location of sweet greens and can easily give them 4 star but this 2 star rating is for this particular location. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly, i was really disappointed with the quality of the side and salad provided. Even though the menu is limited and not a large collection of toppings but that should not be the reason to give food which looks like a used and returned dish from another customer. The quality of the side was so bad and anyone can puke if you look at the attached photo. Salad quality was also down. Ingredients were missing and few ingredient which I did not ordered were present in my salad. It was bad."
