Buona - Countryside

"First time ever to dine at Countryside Buona. What a pleasant experience my family and I had there. The food and the service was just outstanding. The dining room hostess', Renee just made our visit as pleasant as any one could. Five stars to Renee. For those who live in that area you will be absolutely satisfied."

"Online order a pickup with Italian beef with extra beef, hot spice on side and Char-grilled Chicken avocado jack. Open it without avocado inside and very mess lettuce, onion inside the grilled chicken bun and no extra beef and no hot spices inside my ltaliana beef order. This is not the first time to place online order in this location. I don't wanna to order pickup again with this bad experience."

"Excellent fast food restaurant. A lot of different things to eat on their menu. The pizza is excellent! Very impressed. Not fancy, but very clean. Beef sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, etc. I pick this fast food restaurant over any one I have ever been to. I give it 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"First time actually going into the building. It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I had a good dining experience. My favorite is the bbq chicken pizza and crispy chicken salad."

"It's a nice building and has good atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a party of 4 so we had a good menu sampling. The beef sandwich is standard Chicago fare. Good Italian bread and hot peppers top it off perfectly. Don't sleep on the chicken. My son had the chicken Parm sandwich and absolutely loved it. The salads looked very good. After having a bad experience with a beef bowl at portillos, the beef bowl at Buona was excellent. Very good presentation and good quantity. We'll be back, this is pretty much a Chicago standard nowadays."
