"By all the looks of these one star review it makes complete sense. I did a donation drop and accidentally gave two boxes with nice purses and went back in 5 minutes later saying I needed them back. I was told that they did not have them (I found my empty boxes) and that in order to get them back I would need all colors and and brands of every purse. Seriously? They were just there. They obviously took them and didn’t care. I told them my client just passed away and these are for her kids. They didn’t care. One employee even got an attitude with me and he was sent home. Very janky in my opinion. Go to habitat for humanity if you care where your belongings go to."

"This story is very nice. But the tip isn't good They want many tip. I shop there because I don't have the means. They embarrass me by asking for a type. People give everything for free there donation Also a bit expensive as a second hand store. I don't think it's right that they ask for a type."

"I really enjoy thrift shopping but the managers at this location make it not so great unfortunately. I purchased a large piece of furniture and explained to the cashier that I’d need to find a delivery person for pick up. She explained that if I couldn’t after 24 hours then I’d be refunded and the furniture would be resold. Unfortunately I was unable to find someone for pickup and the manager today (8/26) told me that it’s being resold and I would NOT get a refund. This was very disheartening. This is supposed to be a business that supports the community yet they are double selling/profiting off their promises. I will reach out to corporate about it because it very not great customer service to me. I was not expecting my money back, just a store credit and she still refused."

"Good and large selection of clothing. Store was clean and fairly well organized. Organized by type and color. Very gapped doors on changing rooms. Decent place to spend an hour looking for something new to you. Lots of easy parking."
