"This is the absolutely WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it took them 10 minutes to bag cold French fries and a cold old cheese burger. The meat was not fresh and the cheese looked old. I called to inform them as I was running late to a meeting. I called 10 times no answer. I wouldn’t feed my dog this Wendy’s food."

"Most of.the time the lobby is closed and they take forever. The one worker was picking up the chicken nuggets with her ungloved hands and putting container and the person who's order it was watched her do it and told the manager and she didn't even do anything about it! That's horrible customer service as well as being unsanitary. They were so slow and couldn't keep up with all the orders they had to stop taking new orders. Go to a different Wendy's if you really want it."

"Was waiting in the drive through for the longest time. And suddenly had a someone Walk up to the window and talk to the person there for another 15 minutes. While we have been in line for the last 20 when I finally got my food. My fries and nuggets werent even even warm, they were room temperature. Chicken Sandwich was super thin and hard completely unediable by far, one of the worst experiences at any fast food place I've ever had."

"My visit to Wendy's today was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience through this review. As I walked into the restaurant, I decided to use the restroom before placing my food order. To my shock and dismay, it was immediately evident that the bathroom had not seen a hint of cleaning or maintenance for what felt like an eternity. The scene was beyond disturbing. Gnats were swarming around, and the toilet was overflowing with feces, with flies buzzing around it. It was an unsanitary and repulsive sight, to say the least. What made matters even worse was the response from the two managers on duty. When I brought this matter to their attention, they were not only dismissive but also incredibly rude. Their attitude suggested that they didn't care about the state of the restroom or the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. To my disbelief, they claimed that the restroom had been cleaned that very morning, which was absolutely not the case. It was evident that this restroom hadn't received proper attention in months, if not longer. This experience left a lasting negative impression, not only due to the appalling condition of the restroom but also because of the indifferent and disrespectful attitude displayed by the management. As a customer, I believe it's essential for any establishment to uphold basic standards of hygiene and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit to this Wendy's location fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these hygiene issues and improve their customer service immediately."

"If I could give this place a one star I would. I wanted to pick up an order I placed, but when I arrived early morning the doors to the restaurant were closed, leaving the option for drive thru open, and when I pulled up to the mic for drive thru, she asked if I wanted to try their special, when I started to tell her I wanted to pick up an order, she said just one second, I heard her talking to I don’t know who, tired of waiting I pulled up to the window, told another employee I was there to pick up an order, she said pull up.. so I went to the second window, waited for a good 15 min, nobody came to the window, they left it closed, I pulled up into a parking spot, got down to see if I could talk to them, nobody would open the window. I’m furious to say the least!!! It’s a restaurant, if you are open at a certain time then you need to open your doors, otherwise close the branch!!!!!!!!!!!"
