"4 or more sales people, no other customers and no one can be bothered to acknowledge your presence? I even expressed interest in a nightstand but got only a brief answer and even though it was mentioned that there is a similar piece possibly in the warehouse, no one made an effort to show me that piece or point me in the direction of literally anything else. Considered buying a few decorative items for the Holidays but will certainly not give my business to a store where no one pays any attention to you, especially when there a dozens of stores all around selling similar items! Please pay your customers a little bit more respect. All it takes is a few words or at least a Bye when they walk out the store (bc no one could even utter a Goodbye even though 3!!! sales people where right around the exit area)."

"Beautiful store, but we walked in and were ignored by 4-5 staff people; they walked around us but never greeted us or acknowledged our presence. I then greeted them personally. My daughter asked about a mirror for sale and tracked a staff member down; she responded that she would ask the owner. The owner was on a call with a designer and a client in the open space (which was distracting and seemed unprofessional), but we never received a response and decided that we would move on. I think this store is fine if it meets your needs, but we did not have a positive experience and went to Surrey and the Velvet Shoestring for vintage pieces."

"Great selection of furniture and home decor. Check out the beautiful jewelry and scarves. The candles for the room with a beautiful fragrance when they burn. They burn cleanly. Worth the price."
