"This location is the worst. One never knows how their order is going to turn out. I would dine their more often if the food quality was consistent, but sadly often it is not hot enough (I had a literally out of the fridge cold burrito). Or you get home to find there are hardly any beans on your bean burrito. (I mean like you might butter a piece of bread.) I'd go on. But you get the idea. I've reported my experiences to the corporate headquarters several times, but they clearly don't care. I like Taco Bell, but not this location."

"What an experience.... Firstly the service is fantastic, I order once a week off the app as a weekly tradition, The staff is fantastic and when I mean fantastic i mean that they are always looking out for their customers. The other day as I was sitting in the drive thru my car battery decided to stop working. Then he appeared into the speaker, the myth,the legend, my absolute hero Julian. Julian not only made my order fresh and quick he even offered me to push my car into a parking spot and even offered to give me his car to get back home. What a guy! I believe he represents the core values of Taco Bell at its highest standard. This place is the greatest restaurant on this side of the Mississippi. 10/5 stars would absolutely recommend to anyone over the age of 7"

"I understand employees not wanting to work on a holiday... but throwing a packet of mild sauce inside of a taco is just a disgusting thing to do. This taco was for a young kid! I sent a message (via website) to corporate with this complaint (and the receipt info). I got a call the next day from a guy in corporate and was told he would "look into this situation" and he proceeded to ask if I wanted a coupon/reward for a free combo meal. For real though? Offering a lousy free meal from a place that completely ruined the last meal is NOT a proper solution. Totally disappointed by this entire experience."
